  1. investigate and implement alternative sustainable design solutions

for the disposal of stormwater on public land;

  1. actively encourage private landowners to install low impact

stormwater systems;

  1. review the District plan with a view to minimising the damaging

effects of the accumulation of stormwater citywide.
